Chocolate babka bun

Babka, a kind of enriched sweet bread, is of Jewish/Polish/Ukrainian origin, but chocolate babka has probably been the favourite babka of North America since the first Eastern European immigrant set foot on American soil. For the filling we use French dark chocolate and cocoa powder to create deep flavour and soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
