Scallion, egg and rice pie

Scallions used to be the first vegetable to appear on the table after a long and harsh winter, and they were cherished and loved as a sign of spring. We replaced the round and slightly sticky rice that grows in southern Russia with Thai variety, which helps hold the filling together even better.
