Gingerbread

Molded gingerbread, pride and glory of Russian baking. In the past, it would be a suitable gift for any occasion: weddings, birthdays, christenings, engagements, coronations... Traditionally sweetened with honey, a good Russian gingerbread will keep for months - in fact, it only gets better with time!

We make our gingerbread with a signature mix of seven spices and a layer of jam.
